Alicia Keys was spotted in the Big Apple yesterday with her step-son Kareem and her newborn baby, Egypt.
Kareem is from her husband Swizz Beatz's first marriage to singer MashondaThe trio looked cute, casual and happy as they pounded the pavement and did a little shopping.
In other news, Swizzy has been trying to get his wife back in the studio with British powerhouse, Adele. The two according to Beatz, are fans of each other and he is soon going to make his dream a reality.
